Good communication and collaborative working
At PCF Care, we believe children and young people should be able to belong, contribute in their own way and thrive in the community. We are committed to empowering and enabling them to develop skills based on their interests and needs.
We offer opportunities to build on their social interactions, independent living skills, and support to boost their confidence. The service is also designed to remove some of the barriers faced by children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), enabling them to reach their full potential.
Why choose PCF Care
Quality Care and support for children with learning and physical disabilities
We provide support for children and young people with mild to moderate learning and physical disabilities, mental health concerns and behaviors that challenge others.
Our firm belief is that support must be tailored to meet the individual’s needs, and as such, we are committed to providing person-centered support and the highest-quality care and support for children and young people. Our services are valued for money, and we are committed to exploring cost-effective ways of working in response to the accelerating demand for care for complex needs.
Good communication and collaborative working
We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with our stakeholders to understand the needs of our service users, the gaps in services, and how to provide support in a meaningful way to meet needs and promote independence.
Our team is united in achieving our goals. We listen and ensure that the child’s and young person’s voices are captured and involved in all decision-making. We are open to diverse perspectives and work collaboratively with parents and relevant professionals. We pride ourselves on being accessible, trustworthy, and accountable—an ethical provider who is fair and honest in our dealings with various stakeholders.
We have regular correspondence and meetings with the Team Around the Child (TAC) to ensure that the child’s holistic needs are in focus and there is a robust plan that promotes the best possible outcomes and enables them to achieve their targeted outcomes.
Inclusion
We recognize that each of us has a part to play in making a difference. We learn from others and share ideas to help shape our services. We have a common goal: working with vulnerable children and young people and ensuring they are respected and valued. We seek to integrate individuals into the community and support them in making meaningful contributions as equal citizens.
